What's keeping you stuck?

Any of these sound familiar?

You could keep trying to figure it out between everything else. Or we can give it some proper attention together.

Enquire about a session

Thinking about it is not the same as deciding. Most of this has been sitting in your head for months.

What would make the biggest difference right now?

We'll agree one main focus before we meet. That keeps the session useful and gives us room to get beyond the obvious.

A clearer direction for your brand

Explore what you want your business to communicate and whether your current identity reflects it. Work out what's worth keeping, what needs changing and what a designer would need to take it forward.

A website that explains your business

Look at your message, page structure and how people find their way around. Identify where things are confusing and prioritise the changes that would make your site clearer and easier to use.

Content you know why you're creating

Work out what you want to say, what your audience needs to understand and which ideas deserve your time. Create a direction that fits your business and feels manageable to keep up with.

A simpler client process

Look at what happens from the first enquiry onwards. Spot repeated admin, awkward handovers and confusing steps, then explore where a clearer process or better system could help.

An idea you're ready to develop

Give an idea some space, ask the questions you've been avoiding and decide what you need to do to move it forward.

What will you leave with?

The aim is to turn a broad concern into decisions you can act on.

  • A fresh perspective on the issue you brought
  • Clear priorities, including what can wait
  • Practical recommendations tailored to your business
  • Next steps you can take yourself or use to brief someone else

You'll also receive a concise written summary, so you can concentrate on the conversation without trying to write everything down.

We won't solve your entire business in 90 minutes. We will give one important area focused attention and work out a sensible way forward.

How a Brand Therapy session works

01

Tell us what's on your mind

Send a short enquiry about your business and what you'd like help with. We'll confirm whether the session is a good fit and agree the focus with you.

02

Share a little context

Complete a short questionnaire and send the links or materials we agree beforehand. We'll review them before we meet.

03

Work through it together

Spend 90 minutes online exploring your main focus, considering options and deciding your priorities.

04

Put the next steps into practice

Receive a written summary of the key decisions and recommendations. Take the work forward yourself, brief your team, or talk to us about a separate project.

Brand Therapy FAQs

You don't need to arrive with a perfect brief. Share what's frustrating you or the decision you're trying to make, and we'll help you choose a useful focus before we meet.

Both. You might be preparing to launch, changing direction or looking at something your business has outgrown.

Your brand, website, content and processes often connect, so those connections can be part of the conversation. We'll still choose one main focus rather than squeeze several separate reviews into the session.

No. It's a focused working session with recommendations and next steps. The fuller strategy work runs through a brand identity project. A detailed technical audit or a complete process redesign would be quoted separately.

We can quote separately for suitable branding, website, photography, content, design or systems work. There's no obligation to book anything else.

Yes. If you book branding, a website, photography, content or systems work with us within three months of your session, what you paid comes off the quote. So if the session leads somewhere, it has effectively cost you nothing.

Book one if you have a single decision to make. Book three if you already know there is more than one thing to work through, or you want to make changes between sessions and come back to review them. Three works out at £200 a session.

Yes. You can book another session to review progress or work through a new decision.
