Your proposal confirms the shoot length, location, deliverables, delivery schedule and monthly fee. Shoots are primarily based in East London, and travel elsewhere can be quoted.

Everything is planned together, with one agreed monthly scope and fee. A shoot can provide the photographs and footage for a planned set of posts or marketing materials.

Talk through what you need
We'll discuss your business, existing brand, upcoming plans and where creative support would be most useful.

Agree the arrangement
You'll receive a proposal outlining the monthly work, reserved time, deliverables, feedback rounds and fee.

Plan and create
We'll agree priorities, schedule any shoots and get the work underway, with clear dates for supplying information and reviewing drafts.

Review the fit
Every three months we'll review whether the scope still suits your business, and adjust future work where needed.
How much does ongoing support cost?
Each arrangement is quoted individually, based on the production time, shoots, editing and deliverables involved. We'll agree a monthly fee and scope before starting, and any additional work is discussed and approved separately.
There's an initial three-month commitment, followed by a rolling monthly arrangement with one month's notice to end.

No. These arrangements focus on creative direction, content production and design. Scheduling posts, managing accounts, replying to comments and performance reporting aren't included. We can work alongside your VA, social media manager or wider team.
No. If you already have an identity and a clear direction, we can get familiar with your business during onboarding. If the foundations need attention first, we'll discuss whether a Brand Therapy session or a brand project would be a better starting point.
Yes, where the footage is suitable. We'll review the material and agree the video formats, quantities and editing requirements before including it in your scope.
We'll agree a communication channel, which can include WhatsApp, alongside scheduled calls. Your proposal sets out working days and response times. Messages don't replace the agreed briefing, feedback and production schedule.
We can discuss an additional production day or a separate piece of work, subject to availability. Any extra fee and delivery date is agreed before the work starts.
The arrangement reserves capacity for your business. Unused days or deliverables don't automatically roll over. We'll plan ahead together and agree any exceptions in writing.
Pauses can be discussed with one month's notice after the initial commitment. A restart date will depend on availability.
Yes. If you don't need ongoing support, we can quote for a standalone content shoot or photography session.
