Every brand needs something slightly different. The retainer is shaped around ongoing design and content, but if you need something outside that, let's have a conversation. Some things we can flex on, some we can't, and we'll always be honest about which is which.

Full Retainer
For brands actively producing content who want a creative partner across the board. The version where we're properly embedded in your brand and helping you decide what's worth making in the first place.
What fits in a typical month
- ✓ Everything in the Light tier
- ✓ Regular shoots for photography and video in London
- ✓ Strategic input on content direction
- ✓ Priority turnaround on the things you need quickly
- ✓ A more involved quarterly review and planning session
Minimum three months to begin with, then it rolls monthly. You can pause or end with one month's notice. If your month is busier than usual, we'll talk about it rather than count minutes.

Not necessarily, but if your brand isn't clear yet, Brand Therapy or a full Brand Identity project is usually a better starting point. We can talk it through on a call.

Yes. Life happens and businesses shift. Just give one month's notice.
We'll talk about it. If something genuinely sits outside the scope of your tier we'll be upfront and we'll either flex the month or scope a one off. We're not interested in counting minutes - we'll figure it out like adults.
Often, yes. We're happy to slot into an existing team and collaborate with whoever else is already in the mix.
Hackney Wick, East London. London-based shoots are included in the Full Retainer. Anything further out is quoted separately.
Yes. We review every three months and you can change the shape as your business changes.
